Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 May 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of OnePage UK ("we", "our", "us") — a website-building service operated by Allan Fenton in the United Kingdom. By signing up to OnePage UK, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

OnePage UK builds and hosts a one-page website for your business. Specifically:

All packages include 2 free site updates per month, ongoing hosting, and SSL security. Monthly subscription fee is £24.99, starting 30 days after sign-up.

3. Site delivery timeline

We aim to have your site live within 3 working days of receiving your completed brief and any photos or logos. Delays caused by missing information from you will extend this timeline.

4. Updates allowance

Each plan includes 2 site updates per month, which reset on your monthly subscription anniversary date. An "update" means any content change you request — and any number of changes bundled into one email count as a single update. Examples include changing your hours, swapping a photo, tweaking your bio, or adding a new service.

Major redesigns or significant restructures may be quoted separately and are not covered by the standard update allowance.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@onepageuk.co.uk. Your site will remain active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. After that, your subdomain will be deactivated and redirected to a "subscription expired" page for 30 days. After 30 days, the redirect is removed entirely.

6. Refund policy

Setup fee: non-refundable once site work has begun. Fully refundable within 24 hours of sign-up if no work has started.

Monthly subscription: non-refundable for the current billing period when cancelled. Service runs to end of paid period.

7. Failed payments

If your monthly payment fails, we will email you and give you 7 days to resolve it. If still unresolved after 7 days, your site will be deactivated and replaced with a "subscription paused" notice for 30 days. After 30 days, your subdomain is fully retired. You can return at any time after that — your content is kept on file indefinitely.

8. Your content and conduct

You're responsible for the content you provide (photos, logos, copy, links, payment links). By providing content, you confirm:

We reserve the right to refuse content that we believe breaches the above, and to terminate the service if such content persists.

9. Ownership and intellectual property

Your content: You retain full ownership of all content you provide to OnePage UK — your business name, photos, logos, copy, links, and any other materials. We use this content solely to build and maintain your OnePage UK site for as long as you are subscribed.

Our design work: OnePage UK retains ownership of the site design, HTML/CSS code, and any business card designs we create for you. While you are an active subscriber, you have a non-exclusive licence to use these as part of your OnePage UK service. On cancellation, this licence ends — you cannot redistribute, resell, or reuse the design files outside of OnePage UK. If you'd like to continue using your OnePage UK site after cancellation, the path back is to resubscribe.

Your custom domain (£30/year add-on): If you've taken the custom domain add-on, the domain is registered through our Cloudflare account on your behalf. You retain the right to transfer the domain to your own registrar at any time, during or after your subscription, free of charge. We hold it as a service to you, not as our asset.

Your OnePage UK subdomain: Your free [name].onepageuk.co.uk subdomain is part of OnePage UK's platform. On cancellation, the subdomain is reclaimed and may be deactivated or reassigned.

10. Custom domains

The optional custom domain add-on (£30/year) covers the registration of one .co.uk domain through our Cloudflare account, alongside your existing OnePage UK subdomain. We manage the technical setup; you can transfer it to
