Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 May 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of OnePage UK ("we", "our", "us") — a website-building service operated by Allan Fenton in the United Kingdom. By signing up to OnePage UK, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

OnePage UK is a single service offering. Every signup includes:

Setup fee: £79 (one-off, payable at signup).

Monthly subscription: £24.99, starting 30 days after sign-up. This price is the same whether or not you take payment integration.

Promotional pricing: From time to time OnePage UK may offer a reduced or waived setup fee as part of a launch or promotional period. Any such offer will be displayed clearly at the point of signup and does not change any other terms in this document.

Optional add-on — custom domain (£30/year): register a custom .co.uk domain alongside your OnePage UK subdomain. See section 10 for details.

3. Site delivery timeline

We aim to have your site live within 3 working days of receiving your completed brief and any photos or logos. Delays caused by missing information from you will extend this timeline.

4. Updates allowance

Each plan includes 2 site updates per month, which reset on your monthly subscription anniversary date. An "update" means any content change you request — and any number of changes bundled into one email count as a single update. Examples include changing your hours, swapping a photo, tweaking your bio, or adding a new service.

Major redesigns or significant restructures may be quoted separately and are not covered by the standard update allowance.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@onepageuk.co.uk. Your site will remain active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. After that, your subdomain will be deactivated and redirected to a "subscription expired" page for 30 days. After 30 days, the redirect is removed entirely.

6. Refund policy

Setup fee: the setup fee is non-refundable once site work has begun. If you cancel within 24 hours of sign-up and no work has started, the setup fee is fully refundable. Where a signup is under a promotional £0 setup, there is nothing to refund at this stage.

Monthly subscription: non-refundable for the current billing period when cancelled. Service runs to end of paid period.

7. Failed payments

If your monthly payment fails, we will email you and give you 7 days to resolve it. If still unresolved after 7 days, your site will be deactivated and replaced with a "subscription paused" notice for 30 days. After 30 days, your subdomain is fully retired. You can return at any time after that — your content is kept on file indefinitely.

8. Your content and conduct

You're responsible for the content you provide (photos, logos, copy, links, payment links). By providing content, you confirm:

We reserve the right to refuse content that we believe breaches the above, and to terminate the service if such content persists.

9. Ownership and intellectual property

Your content: You retain full ownership of all content you provide to OnePage UK — your business name, photos, logos, copy, links, and any other materials. We use this content solely to build and maintain your OnePage UK site for as long as you are subscribed.

Our design work: OnePage UK retains ownership of the site design, HTML/CSS code, and any business card designs we create for you. While you are an active subscriber, you have a non-exclusive licence to use these as part of your OnePage UK service. On cancellation, this licence ends — you cannot redistribute, resell, or reuse the design files outside of OnePage UK. If you'd like to continue using your OnePage UK site after cancellation, the path back is to resubscribe.

Your custom domain (£30/year add-on): If you've taken the custom domain add-on, the domain is registered through our Cloudflare account on your behalf. You retain the right to transfer the domain to your own registrar at any time, during or after your subscription, free of charge. We hold it as a service to you, not as our asset.

Your OnePage UK subdomain: Your free [name].onepageuk.co.uk subdomain is part of OnePage UK's platform. On cancellation, the subdomain is reclaimed and may be deactivated or reassigned.

10. Custom domains

The optional custom domain add-on (£30/year) covers the registration of one .co.uk domain through our Cloudflare account, alongside your existing OnePage UK subdomain. We manage the technical setup; you can transfer the domain to your own registrar at any time, during or after your subscription, free of charge.

Renewal of the custom domain is included for as long as the £30/year add-on remains active. If the add-on is cancelled, the domain will expire at the end of its current annual term unless you have transferred it to your own registrar before that date. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before the domain is due to expire.

11. Service availability

We aim to keep OnePage UK and all client sites online and accessible at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Hosting is provided via third-party infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages), which may occasionally experience downtime outside of our control.

We will give reasonable advance notice of any planned maintenance that affects client sites. For unplanned outages, we will work to restore service as quickly as possible and will keep you informed if a disruption is material.

12. Privacy and data protection

How we collect, use and store your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. We are registered as a data controller in respect of the personal data we hold about you and handle that data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

For data your customers may submit when paying through a Stripe-powered button on your site, Stripe acts as a separate data controller and you should refer to Stripe's privacy notice for how that data is handled.

13. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UK law (including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

Subject to that, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, is limited to the total subscription fees you have paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or loss of data — except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time — for example to reflect changes to the service, to pricing structures, or to legal requirements. The current version is always available at onepageuk.co.uk/terms, with the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

For material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect. If you do not agree with the change, you may cancel your subscription before it takes effect under section 5 and the previous terms will continue to apply to you until the end of your current billing period.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of Scotland. The Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
